If we’re a good fit and you choose to move forward, I’ll begin designing your journey.

Drawing on both your vision and my destination expertise, I create a personalized itinerary featuring accommodations, experiences, and logistics carefully selected to match your travel style.

You’ll receive a thoughtfully curated proposal designed to deliver the strongest recommendation from the start—saving you hours of research and uncertainty.

We’ll refine the itinerary as needed to ensure it feels right before booking.

Step 3: Booking & Confirmation

Once you’ve approved your itinerary and paid or deposited your trip, I’ll coordinate all confirmed travel arrangements, including accommodations, transfers, tours, guides, and other trip components as applicable.

You’ll receive organized travel documentation, access to a digital itinerary app for your trip and a clear roadmap of what comes next.

Step 4: Concierge Support Before You Travel

My support doesn’t end when the trip is booked.

Leading up to departure, I’ll help you prepare with guidance on:

• Destination-specific travel tips
• Entry requirements and documentation reminders
• Packing recommendations
• Travel insurance guidance
• Important logistical details

My goal is to ensure you feel informed, prepared, and excited for your journey.

Step 5: Travel With Confidence

While you’re traveling, you won’t be navigating unexpected challenges alone.

If issues arise, I serve as your advocate and point of contact, helping coordinate solutions and support when needed.

Custom Vacations: Starting at $350

Ideal for single-destination journeys and straightforward itineraries up to 10 days, requiring personalized recommendations, booking management, and concierge support.

Complex & Multi-Destination Journeys: Custom Quote

For itineraries involving multiple destinations, extensive logistics, extended stays, custom touring, or more advanced coordination.

African Safaris & Expedition-Style Travel: Starting at $650

For highly bespoke safari and expedition journeys requiring elevated logistical coordination, hand-selected luxury lodges, regional air arrangements, private transfers, and conservation-focused travel design. These itineraries are crafted with a high level of detail and on-the-ground complexity, often involving multiple regions or remote destinations. Journeys spanning multiple countries or extended multi-region safari circuits may require an adjusted planning fee based on scope and operational complexity.

Hosted Group Trips

No planning fee for published hosted departures.

Airfare Assistance

Air ticketing assistance available upon request. I do not offer standalone airfare booking. Air arrangements are only provided as part of a full trip planning package. Additional fees may apply.

Planning fees are non-refundable and cover the research, design, consultation, and coordination required to create your custom itinerary.

Planning fees are due prior to the commencement of proposal work.
